Successify Media

How we work - One process. Five steps. Used on every engagement.

Scope, baseline, build, prove, hand over. The same model on every service page, proposal and deck, so you always know which step you are in and what is left.

  1. Step 1: Scope
  2. Step 2: Baseline
  3. Step 3: Build
  4. Step 4: Prove
  5. Step 5: Hand over
  1. 01

    Scope

What is in and out, written down and signed before we quote. We quote once.

  2. 02

    Baseline

We measure the current state before anything changes.

  3. 03

    Build

With the people who will use it, not around them.

  4. 04

    Prove

We measure again and report honestly, including when the result is small.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Documentation, an owner, a register entry. You own the work.

What each step leaves behind.

Sample, synthetic data · A quote-drafting workflow

Scope sheet · signed before quoting

One workflow. Written down. Quoted once.

In scope

  • Quote-request intake from web form and email
  • Draft quote assembled from price list
  • Reviewer approves before it is sent
  • Measurement of turnaround and rework

Out of scope

  • Changes to the price list itself
  • CRM migration
  • Any workflow that sends a quote unreviewed

Fixed scope · 4 weeks · Signed 2 September 2026 · Owner: operations lead

Use the tabs or the arrow keys to move between steps.

Operating values - Four rules you can check us against.

Scope before speed

We write down what is in and out before we quote, and we quote once.

Evidence before claims

We measure before and after, and we say when a result is small.

Governance before scale

Nothing goes live without an owner, a register entry and a rollback.

Plain words

If a sentence needs a glossary, it is rewritten.

Guarantee, in the same words every time

Delivered on the scoped date or 20 % refunded. Fixed price. No lock-in. You own the work.

QA and handover - Delivery is not finished until it is documented and transferable.

You should know exactly what changed and what to do next.

Before anything ships

  • Mobile responsiveness on the devices your customers actually use.
  • Page speed and obvious performance issues.
  • Form behaviour, error states and confirmation messages.
  • Tracking events fire and are named per the measurement plan.
  • Copy clarity and consistency, sentence case, AU spelling.
  • Broken links and navigation.
  • Security basics appropriate to the change: form handling, access, secrets.

What the handover pack contains

  • A written summary of what changed and why.
  • Updated documentation: requirements, tracking plan, register entries, content structure.
  • Credentials and access notes, handled securely and rotated at handover.
  • Known issues and out-of-scope notes, so nothing is hidden.
  • Next-step recommendations, in priority order.
  • A 14-day post-launch fix window on every build.

Evidence rules - We do not inflate numbers or invent results.

Assumptions labelled. Scope honest. Deliverables usable even if you stop after step one.

  • We label assumptions. If a number is an estimate, it says so.
  • We do not claim outcomes without a baseline and a second measurement.
  • We report small results as small results.
  • We recommend what fits, even when it is smaller than the thing you asked for.
  • Sample deliverables are labelled "sample, synthetic data" until a client agrees to be named.
  • We do not claim compliance certifications unless verified in writing.

Sample deliverables - See the depth of the work before you pay for it.

Every sample is written on a fictional firm with synthetic data and is labelled that way. Ask for the requirements pack, measurement plan or AI opportunity register samples on a call.

Questions we get asked - Straight answers.

Do you work with businesses that have no analytics?
Yes. We start with qualitative evidence, such as process walk-throughs, tickets and interviews, and define a measurement plan so the second measurement exists.
Can you guarantee results?
We do not promise numbers without baseline data. We guarantee scope, quality of deliverables, the date, and a measured result reported honestly.
Do you build, or only advise?
Both. We can scope and build, or hand implementation-ready documentation to your team or your IT partner.
What happens if scope changes mid-engagement?
Changes are written down with the trade-off. Anything outside the signed scope is logged and quoted separately. No silent scope creep in either direction.

Fixed scope is not a pricing trick. It is the only way one person can promise a date, keep it, and still say no to work you do not need.

Not sure where to start? Book a call.

Twenty minutes. We confirm fit, propose a fixed scope and a date, and tell you if you do not need us.
