Not sure if 6 hours is enough?
Most clients are surprised how far a focused 6 hours goes when there is no context-switching and no meetings beyond the monthly call. After month one, you will know exactly how to use the time well. If it is not enough, upgrading to Plus is a one-email change.
FAQ - Common questions.
Can we skip the Sprint and start with a Retainer?
Usually no. A Retainer assumes you already have a working baseline to maintain and improve. Without one, six hours a month evaporates on context-gathering. Start with a Pulse Check (or a Sprint if you already know what to build) and revisit a Retainer after.
What if we don't use the 6 hours one month?
Unused time rolls over to the following month only — never further. We'd rather flag low-usage months early and adjust your tier than let unused hours pile into a fictional 'bank'.
Can we trade hours for a bigger one-off project?
Yes — within reason. If a Retainer client needs a 15-hour project, we'll either bundle 2 months' hours into one delivery, or quote it as a small Sprint and pause the Retainer for the month. Whichever is cleaner.
What time zone is your one-business-day reply?
AEST / AEDT business hours, Monday to Friday. After-hours and weekend work is not included.
Can the Retainer be paused?
Yes. Pause up to 60 days a year with no fee. Anything longer is a cancellation — re-onboard later if it makes sense.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Our standard mutual NDA is in the proposal, or we'll countersign yours if it's reasonable.
